July 4th Block Party Vendor Registration

After the parade ends, Forest Street will remain closed until 2pm to allow for a downtown block party!  Live music by ______ will be playing from the grandstand and the street will become the dance floor!  Vendors will have been set up on Forest St. since early morning and will remain for the duration of the block party.  There will be more First Friday vendors and merchants setting up booths along the highway sidewalks just after the parade ends. The BC Rec & Parks Dept. will also be having their annual bbq and party at Junction Park and there will be hayrides taking folks back and forth between the activity hot spots!  There's so much fun to be had!

If you'd like to have a vendor booth on Forest St., you must arrive early and be set up by 9am. Because most attention will be on the parade from 10-11ish, you will have some extra time then to set up. After the parade procession is over, and until 2pm, there will be more activity on Forest St.

In recent years, it has been excessively hot on July 4th. Please bring sunscreen as well as plenty of water and ice. If you begin to feel any of the signs of heat exhaustion such as blurred vision, dizziness, fatigue, or excessive sweating, please find shade and get help. Call 9-1-1 if you need medical assistance.
